The Transatlantic Guitar Trio features Richard Smith from the U.K., Germany’s Joscho Stephan, and American multi-instrumentalist Rory Hoffman. The trio combines jazz ballads, gypsy swing standards, a pinch of pop music, and groovy original compositions to create a broad repertoire of newly arranged material by the great guitarists Django Reinhardt, Chet Atkins, and Jerry Reed.

We opened May 1, 2023, and want to thank everyone who has visited for their patronage. We have made lots of improvements, some at the suggestion of our kind guests, and we will continue to add items and improve existing meals.

Udi’s gluten-free bread is available for any sandwich or toast.

Sugar-free syrup is available upon request. Real maple syrup also available.

Breakfast

Breakfast orders taken until 11 am, some breakfast items served all day.

Classic American Breakfast

2 eggs any style, rosemary red-skin potatoes or hash browns, bacon or sausage, with choice of toasted sourdough, honey wheat, or an English muffin

Bee’s Breakfast Platter (served all day)

Our best breakfast option is loaded with lots of great choices. Two eggs, any style, your choice of bacon or sausage, your choice of a Belgian Waffle, Cinnamon French toast or 3 sourdough pancakes (pancakes until 11am) AND your choice of fresh seasonal fruit or berry compote.

Bee’s Breakfast Sandwich (served all day)

2 Eggs, cheddar cheese, tomato herb aioli and your choice of bacon or sausage, served on a ciabatta roll or sourdough bread.

Crois-sandwich (served all day)

Eggs and Swiss cheese served on a buttered croissant with tomato herb aioli (or other spread of your choice) with your choice of bacon or sausage.

Bagel My Way - Weekends Only (served all day)

Build your own with eggs, your choice of spread (cream cheese, chipotle, bacon habanero or any of our spreads), choice of bacon, sausage or ham and we’ll make it on your choice of plain bagel, everything seasoned or cheddar jalapeno.

Eggs Benedict

2 poached eggs, each served on an English muffin half with thick slices of Canadian Bacon and topped with Hollandaise Sauce. Served with choice of hashbrowns or rosemary red-skin potatoes.

Steel cut oats, perfectly cooked, sweetened with brown sugar, maple syrup or honey and topped with your choice of 2 toppings: walnuts, craisins, bananas, dried blueberries or apples.
